Returns & Refunds Eligibility

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items – If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or replacement.
  2. Incorrect Items – If you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
  3. Unopened & Unused Items – You may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  4. Rental Services – Refunds on rental services are only available if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the event date.

 

Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or opened products (unless defective).
  • Customized or special order items.
  • Digital products or services.
  • Final sale or clearance items.

 

Return Process
